Our extraction technique
The makhana seeds are harvested from the bottom of ponds by divers manually sweeping the area, then separated from mud and debris by hand. After sun-drying, they are roasted over high heat and quickly thrashed with a wooden hammer to break the hard outer shell and expand the white puff.
Is it really organic?
Our makhanas are carefully selected by dedicated farmers, ensuring that each one is 100 percent handpicked for quality. Whether enjoyed on their own or incorporated into various dishes, our makhanas provide a delightful crunch and a wholesome experience. Trust that with every bite, you are savoring a product that is as authentic and pure as nature intended.
