Returns & Cancellation policy

At our company, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with all our products. However, we regret to inform you that once an order is placed, refunds and cancellations are not permitted. The only exception to this policy is if the product has a manufacturing defect. In such cases, customers must report the defect within 4 days after delivery to be eligible for a return. Please provide detailed information and evidence of the defect to facilitate the process. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to uphold the quality of our offerings. Conditions for returns:

To be eligible for returns, certain conditions must be met:

1. Goods must have been delivered within the last 4 days.

2. There must be a manufacturing defect, such as an unsealed package.

3. The wrong product must have been delivered.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Cancellation of Goods

Our cancellation policy is straightforward: you may cancel your order only before the products are shipped. Once the items have been dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
